Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to Park School and thank you for visiting our website.
Park is a diverse and inclusive school where children are happy, feel safe, and are encouraged to be the best they can be. We provide a caring and stimulating environment in which pupils flourish, achieve high standards, develop independence, and begin to realise their full potential. Our welcoming community is built on strong relationships and mutual respect.
At Park, we believe learning should be life-long, life-wide and life-deep. Learning is meaningful and enjoyable, helping children develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need for the future.
At the heart of everything we do are our PARK key skills for life:
- Perseverance – developing resilience and determination when faced with challenges
- Aspiration – encouraging children to aim high and believe in themselves
- Responsibility – helping pupils become independent, respectful, and caring members of the community
- Knowledge – building strong foundations and a genuine love of learning
Our dedicated staff work hard to deliver high-quality teaching within a broad and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. We have high expectations for behaviour and learning, while ensuring children feel supported, valued, and confident to participate fully in school life.
We place great importance on working closely with parents and carers, as strong partnerships between home and school make a real difference to children’s learning and wellbeing.
I hope our website gives you a sense of the warmth, ambition, and positive ethos that make Park such a special place. If you have any questions or would like to meet with me, please feel free to contact us at parents@park.doncaster.sch.uk.
